Microsoft To-Do is getting a dark mode on Windows 10
Microsoft has slowly been adding night modes to a number of its apps on Windows 10, and information technology looks similar To-Exercise is next upwards on the listing. Equally spotted by OnMSFT, a new dark theme choice appears to be in testing with Windows Insiders and should exist coming to everyone soon.
Like the dark mode in other Microsoft apps, turning the theme on in To-Do volition switch the interface over to a theme that'due south much easier to wait at when working in a night room. Unlike other implementations, however, To-Do's appears to apply more of a dark greyness color rather than a stark black.
Microsoft has put a lot of work into To-Practise in recent months as information technology seeks to brand it a viable replacement for Wunderlist, which the company acquired in 2022. Some backend technical problems accept slowed the transition from Wunderlsit to To-Do so far, but the app has recently rolled out list sharing, steps for tasks, and even some Fluent Pattern flourishes. It appears that the dark theme choice is but rolling out to Insiders on the Skip Ahead band at the moment, but it's possible the Fast ring Insiders will run into the choice appear before long.
